Returns and replacements are accepted only for the following reasons : If the products you received are broken / damaged or you received a different product than what you ordered. We request that you give us a clear unboxing video of the received product within 24 hours of delivery to guarantee a smooth resolution process. The unboxing video will help us in figuring out the problem and providing a suitable solution. We will not entertain any complaint if there is no unboxing video from the beginning to ending.  If the complaint is legitimate and can be clearly shown in the unboxing video, we will either replace the item with a new one or start a refund, depending on product availability.

• Once order is finalized and payment is received, it will take 1-2 working days to dispatch the order, followed by an additional 5-10 working days for delivery, depending on the location.

• The standard shipping costs are 50 all over India, and 70 in northeast India.
